French producer Lex (de Kalhex) delivers a fine mix of fusion jazz and instrumental hip hop on his new album ‘Satori’. The word ‘Satori’ is a japanese word for ‘understanding’ or ‘enlightenment’ in buddhism. With these 13 tracks Lex creates a meditative atmosphere that affects your mind. The only two collaborators on Satori are Uyama Hiroto and Segawa Tatsuya, two names you have probably heard from works with Nujabes.
