Jazzy, soulful with a breath of spoken words. That is how we know the rap artist Noname from Chicago, who released her debut album “Room 25” last September. Noname differs from other conscious rappers by not only being a scrutinizing storyteller, but also by conveying a pleasant, chilled musical atmosphere, although her lyrics are socially critical and very self-reflective, but yet it’s not exhausting. You can either decide to think behind the meanings of the metaphors, or just take the simple route of enjoying the musical smoothness. Both works very well with Noname, who just recently released her new single with the plain title “Song 32″.
