Other than expected, the 22 year old singer Rimon is not another British neo-soul breed, but the freshest export from the Netherlands with Eritrean roots. With a little bit of FKA Twigs look-wise and a few similarities to Jorja Smith musically, Rimon sets her own trademark sound with emotional, sugar-sweet ballads and an arty, extraordinary and dramatic way of presenting them. So she does in her new video for “focu$”, which is an out-take of her recent EP “BBYGIRL FOCU$”.
