Soul sisters VanJess have officially dropped Silk Canvas (The Remixes). The 9-track project with appearances by the likes of Ari Lennox, Xavier Omär, Bas, MNEK and Saba puts a new spin on the R&B duos acclaimed debut album “Silk Canvas”.
The first remixes appeared shortly after the original album release, in form of two EPs for the lead singles. “Addicted” came with a Dancehall edit by krs. and a Keep Cool Remix featuring Dreamville rapper Bas. The second single “Through Enough” was remixed by Soulection’s Jarreau Vandal and also received an alternative version featuring singer MNEK.
With new guest-appearances by Ari Lennox, Saba and Xavier Omär, plus remixes by Jayvon and mOma+guy, the remix album is now complete and available on all platforms.
